From Annapolis Waterfront, head east on Dock Street toward Main Street. Turn left onto Main Street and continue until you reach the intersection with West Street. Turn right onto West Street and continue for about 1.5 miles. Merge onto Chesapeake Avenue. Continue on Chesapeake Avenue for about 1 mile, and you will see Horn Point Park on your left. There is free parking available near the park entrance.
