From downtown Annapolis, head north on Main Street towards Maryland Avenue. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with West Street. Turn left onto West Street and walk straight for about 15 minutes. You will pass several shops and restaurants along the way. Keep following West Street until you reach the intersection with Spa Road. Turn right onto Spa Road and continue for another 10 minutes until you reach the Annapolis Transit Center. From there, you can catch the MTA bus towards Baltimore. Get off at the Johns Hopkins University stop in Baltimore.

Start at the nearest bus stop in Annapolis, you can take the Annapolis Transit bus #99 towards Baltimore. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes depending on traffic. Once you arrive at the Baltimore bus terminal, transfer to the MTA Light RailLink towards Hunt Valley. Get off at the 'Johns Hopkins' stop. The university will be a short walk from there.
