Getting There

    From downtown Annapolis, start at the City Dock. Head northwest on Main Street, then take a left onto West Street. Continue walking until you reach the intersection with Calvert Street. Turn right onto Calvert Street, which will lead you toward the bus terminal. Follow the signs for the Maryland Transit Administration (MTA) bus service to catch the Route 70 bus towards Washington, D.C.

    Once you board the Route 70 bus from the bus terminal, stay on the bus for approximately 40-50 minutes. The bus will take you directly to the New Carrollton Metro Station. From there, transfer to the Metro's Orange Line towards Vienna and get off at the L'Enfant Plaza Station. Change to the Blue Line towards Largo Town Center and get off at the Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter Station.

    After exiting the Archives-Navy Memorial-Penn Quarter Station, head north on 7th Street NW. Continue walking until you reach Massachusetts Avenue NW. Turn left onto Massachusetts Avenue. The National Guard Memorial Museum will be on your right at One Massachusetts Ave NW, Washington, D.C.
