From the Maryland State House, head northeast on State Circle toward East Street. Continue on East Street until you reach Main Street. Turn right onto Main Street and walk straight until you reach the waterfront. Once you’re at the waterfront, follow the signs to the Annapolis City Dock. From the dock, you can take a water taxi to Washington, DC. Upon arrival, walk towards the Lincoln Memorial, then head northwest on Henry Bacon Drive NW. The Vietnam Veterans Memorial will be on your left at 5 Henry Bacon Dr NW.

Start at the Annapolis Transit Center located at 3 Compromise Street. Take the 'A' bus route which will take you directly to the New Carrollton Metro Station. From there, board the Orange Line metro train towards Vienna/Fairfax-GMU. Transfer at L'Enfant Plaza to the Blue or Yellow Line towards Largo Town Center. Get off at the National Archives stop. From there, walk northwest on 14th Street NW and turn left onto Constitution Avenue NW. Continue walking until you reach Henry Bacon Drive NW, where the Vietnam Veterans Memorial is located.
