    From downtown Bethesda, head east on Bethesda Avenue toward Wisconsin Avenue. Turn left onto Wisconsin Avenue and walk north for about 0.5 miles until you reach the Bethesda Metro Station. Take the Red Line train toward Glenmont. After about 10 minutes, get off at the Dupont Circle station. Exit the station and walk northwest on 19th St NW toward Q St NW. Turn right onto Q St NW, then left onto 16th St NW. Continue walking for about 0.3 miles, and you will arrive at Meridian Hill Park at the intersection of 16th St NW and W St NW.

    From downtown Bethesda, walk to the nearest bus stop at the corner of Wisconsin Avenue and Montgomery Avenue. Board the Metrobus L2 or L6 heading toward the Silver Spring Metro Station. After approximately 20 minutes, get off at the bus stop at 16th St NW & W St NW. You will be right at the entrance to Meridian Hill Park.

    If you are renting a bike, start at the Capital Crescent Trail. Head toward the south end of the trail until you reach the intersection with 16th St NW. Turn left onto 16th St NW and ride for about 1.5 miles. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with W St NW. Meridian Hill Park will be on your right.
