  • Metro

    From Bethesda, walk to the Bethesda Metro Station located at 7400 Wisconsin Ave, Bethesda, MD 20814. Take the Red Line towards Glenmont. After approximately 14 minutes, get off at the Gallery Place-Chinatown station. From there, transfer to the Yellow Line towards Greenbelt. Ride for two more stops and get off at the L'Enfant Plaza station. Finally, exit the station and walk southeast for about 0.5 miles towards 200 M St SE, Washington, DC 20003, where you will find Washington Canal Park.

    From the Bethesda area, head to the bus stop at 4900 Wisconsin Ave NW, which is served by the Ride On bus. Take the Route 34 bus towards Silver Spring Metro Station. After approximately 30 minutes, get off at the stop at 9th & M St SE. From there, it is a short walk east along M Street SE for about 0.2 miles to reach Washington Canal Park at 200 M St SE, Washington, DC 20003.

Start at the Bethesda Metro Station and head south on Wisconsin Ave. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Montgomery Ave, then turn left. Walk east until you reach the intersection with 16th St NW. Turn right onto 16th St NW and continue until you can turn left onto M St SE. Continue walking along M St SE for about 1.5 miles, and you will arrive at 200 M St SE, Washington, DC 20003, where Washington Canal Park is located.
