From Columbia, head to the nearest bus stop and take the MTA bus # 150 towards Baltimore. Make sure to check the schedule for the most accurate departure times. The bus ride will take approximately 45-60 minutes. You will need to get off at the Baltimore Arena stop. From there, walk towards the Inner Harbor area. The National Aquarium is located at 501 E Pratt St, which is about a 15-minute walk from the bus stop. Simply walk east on W Baltimore St, then turn left onto S President St, and continue straight until you reach E Pratt St. Turn right, and the aquarium will be on your left.

Make your way to the nearest light rail station in Columbia. You can take the light rail (MARC Train) towards Baltimore Arena. Once you arrive at the Baltimore Arena station, exit the train and head towards the Inner Harbor. Walk along S Howard St until you reach E Pratt St. Turn left onto E Pratt St, and the National Aquarium will be located at 501 E Pratt St. This journey typically takes around 1 hour including the walk.
