From Elk Neck State Park, exit the park via the main entrance and head west on MD-272 S. Continue on MD-272 S for approximately 5 miles until you reach the intersection with MD-40. Turn right onto MD-40 W and continue for about 3 miles. After that, take the exit for I-95 N towards Wilmington and merge onto I-95 N. After about 10 miles, take exit 89 for MD-155 towards Havre de Grace. Follow MD-155 for about 3 miles, then turn left onto Oakington Rd. Swan Harbor Farm will be on your right at 401 Oakington Rd, Havre De Grace, MD 21078.
