From Gaithersburg, head to the nearest bus stop for the Ride On bus service. You can take the Ride On bus route 55 towards the Glenmont Metro Station. Once on the bus, stay on until you reach the Glenmont Metro Station. Transfer to the Red Line Metro towards Shady Grove. Ride the Metro until you reach the Gallery Place-Chinatown station. At Gallery Place, transfer to the Yellow Line towards Huntington. Finally, get off at the L'Enfant Plaza station. From there, it's a short walk to Constitution Gardens, located at Constitution Ave. NW.

Make your way to the closest Metro station in Gaithersburg, which is the Shady Grove station on the Red Line. Board the train heading towards Glenmont. Travel to the Gallery Place-Chinatown station and transfer to the Yellow Line towards Huntington. Get off at L'Enfant Plaza station. After exiting the station, walk northeast on 7th St SW towards Independence Ave SW. Turn left onto Independence Ave SW and then turn right onto Constitution Ave NW. Constitution Gardens will be on your left.
