After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at the stop for Clopper Road & Seneca Creek State Park. From the bus stop, walk approximately 0.5 miles along Clopper Road until you reach the entrance of Seneca Creek State Park at 11950 Clopper Rd, Gaithersburg, MD 20878.

If you have access to a bike, you can bike to Seneca Creek State Park from anywhere in Gaithersburg. A recommended route is to head south on Montgomery Village Avenue, then take a right onto Clopper Road.
