Walking
If you are starting from the Silver Spring Metro Station, exit the station and head northwest on Colesville Rd (MD-384). Continue walking straight for about 0.3 miles (approximately 6-7 minutes). You will pass by several shops and restaurants. When you reach the intersection with Fenton St, turn right onto Fenton St. Continue for a short distance until you reach Veterans Plaza on your left. The Silver Spring Civic Building is located at 1 Veterans Pl, right at the center of the plaza.
Bus
If you prefer taking public transportation, check the local bus routes at the nearest bus stop. Look for the Ride On bus service. Take the bus that heads towards the Silver Spring Metro Station. After getting off at the Silver Spring Metro Station, follow the walking directions provided above to reach the Civic Building.
