If you're driving from Gloucester, take Route 128 North toward Manchester. Continue on Route 128 until it merges with I-95 North. Follow I-95 North and take exit 7 for US-1 Bypass toward Portsmouth. Keep left at the fork to stay on US-1 Bypass, then merge onto I-95 North. Take exit 7 for Market Street. At the traffic light, turn left onto Market Street. Continue straight for about half a mile, and the Portsmouth Brewery will be on your right at 56 Market St.

To reach the Portsmouth Brewery by public transportation, take the MBTA commuter rail from Gloucester to the North Station in Boston.
