To reach Talkout from the center of Chinguetti, start by heading northwest on Avenue de la République. Continue for approximately 2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Route de Ouadane. Turn left onto Route de Ouadane. After about 1 kilometer, you will see signs leading to Talkout. The botanical garden is located approximately 500 meters down this road. Parking is available nearby.

If you're using public transportation, look for shared taxis (known as 'brousses') that operate in Chinguetti. Head to the main taxi stand near the market and ask for a ride to Talkout. The fare should be around 500 Ouguiyas per person. Once you arrive at the entrance of the botanical garden, it's just a short walk to the entrance. Ensure to confirm with the driver that they will take you to Talkout as some might have different routes.
