Walking
If you are in Pamplemousses village, start by heading south on the main road (B9). Continue straight until you reach the junction with the coastal road (B9). Turn left onto the coastal road and follow it as it curves along the coastline. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will reach La Preneuse Beach, located at J9W6+5HC La Preneuse, Rivière Noire. The beach is easily accessible and well-marked.
Public Bus
From Pamplemousses, walk to the nearest bus stop on the main road (B9). Look for a bus heading towards Rivière Noire or La Preneuse. The bus ride should take approximately 30 minutes. Get off at the La Preneuse bus stop, which is close to the beach. From the bus stop, walk a short distance towards the beach, and you will arrive at La Preneuse Beach.
Bicycle Rental
If you prefer cycling, rent a bicycle from one of the local rental shops in Pamplemousses. Head south on the main road (B9) for about 3 km, then turn left onto the coastal road (B9). Follow the coastal road for approximately 5 km until you reach La Preneuse Beach. The route is scenic and offers lovely views of the coastline.
