Upon arrival at the San Cristóbal de las Casas bus terminal, exit the terminal and follow the main road (Avenida 16 de Septiembre) towards the city center. Continue walking straight for about 15-20 minutes until you reach the central plaza.

From Tuxtla Gutiérrez, go to the designated area for shared taxis (colectivos) near the bus terminal. Look for a colectivo heading to San Cristóbal de las Casas. The ride is generally faster, taking around 1 to 1.5 hours. Once you arrive, the colectivos will drop you off at the central plaza. Walk from the plaza to Plaza 31 de Marzo Norte, where the cathedral is located.
