From the central plaza in Comitán, look for a collectivo (shared taxi) heading to the direction of Chucumaltik. These collectivos leave when full and will take you closer to the site. Inform the driver that you wish to go to Chucumaltik, and they will drop you off at a nearby point.

After being dropped off by the collectivo, you may need to walk approximately 1-2 kilometers depending on where the collectivo leaves you. Follow the signs or ask locals for directions to Chucumaltik. The site is well-known, and most locals will be able to guide you to it.
