Once you arrive at Osumacinta, ask the bus driver to drop you off at the nearest point to Manos que Imploran Viewpoint. From there, you may need to walk for about 15-20 minutes to reach the viewpoint.

From the center of Tuxtla Gutierrez, make your way to the colectivo station, which is usually located near the ADO bus terminal.
