Getting There

Bus
To reach Misol-Ha from San Cristóbal de las Casas, take a bus from the main bus terminal (Terminal de Autobuses). Look for the buses heading to Palenque. The journey takes about 5 hours. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Misol-Ha. Once you arrive, you will need to walk approximately 1 kilometer along the road to the entrance of the waterfall.

From Palenque, go to the ADO bus terminal and take a bus heading towards San Cristóbal de las Casas or Ocosingo. Again, inform the driver to drop you off at the Misol-Ha stop. The bus will take about 30 minutes. After getting off, walk about 1 kilometer to reach the entrance to the waterfall.

If you are in Palenque, you can also take a collective taxi (colectivo) to Misol-Ha. Head to the main square or colectivo station in Palenque and look for a vehicle marked for Misol-Ha. The ride will take about 30 minutes, and you will be dropped off close to the entrance.
