Walking
From the San Cristóbal de las Casas city center (Centro Histórico), head northeast on Calle Juárez towards Calle 5 de Febrero. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Periférico Norte. Turn right onto Periférico Norte and walk for about 1 mile (approximately 20-25 minutes). Look for the signs directing you to Reserva Ecológica y Jardín de Orquídeas Moxviquil, which will be on your left at Perif. Nte. 4, Ojo de Agua.

From the San Cristóbal de las Casas city center, locate the local 'colectivo' (shared van) stop near the main plaza. Take a colectivo heading towards Ojo de Agua. Inform the driver that you want to get off at Reserva Ecológica y Jardín de Orquídeas Moxviquil. The ride should take around 10-15 minutes, and you will be dropped off near the entrance. From there, it is a short walk to the entrance of the reserve.
