Walking
If you are starting from the main square (Zócalo) of San Cristobal de las Casas, head north on Av. 20 de Noviembre. Continue walking straight for about 1.5 km until you reach the intersection with Periférico Norte. Turn left onto Periférico Norte and walk for an additional 800 meters. The entrance to Reserva Ecológica y Jardín de Orquídeas Moxviquil will be on your right. The total walking time is approximately 25-30 minutes.

Collective Taxi (Colectivo)
From the Zócalo, walk to the nearest colectivo stand, which is located at the corner of Calle 20 de Noviembre and Calle Manuel Velasco Suárez. Take a colectivo heading to Ojo de Agua. The fare is usually around 10-15 MXN. Inform the driver that you want to get off near Reserva Ecológica y Jardín de Orquídeas Moxviquil. The trip takes about 10-15 minutes. Once you alight, walk about 5 minutes to the entrance of the reserve.
