If you're driving from the center of San Cristobal de las Casas, head south on Calle 20 de Noviembre. Continue straight until you reach the roundabout. Take the first exit onto Calzada de los Altos de Chiapas. Follow this road for about 1.5 kilometers. The museum will be on your right at Calzada, Presidente Lázaro Cárdenas s/n, Barrio del Cerrillo. There is limited parking available nearby, so be prepared to walk a short distance.

To reach the Museo de los Altos de Chiapas via public transportation, look for a colectivo (shared taxi) or bus heading towards Barrio del Cerrillo. You can catch these from the main bus terminal or along major streets like Avenida 16 de Septiembre. Once on board, inform the driver that you are going to Museo de los Altos de Chiapas. The fare is typically around 10-15 MXN. When you arrive, the museum will be within a short walking distance from the drop-off point.
