We just returned from the 8-day route with our 3 teenage children and we are delighted! It has been the ideal trip: we combined archaeological sites, towns, and Maya culture with incredibly fun moments in the cenotes, boat rides, and a total relaxation finale on the paradise beaches of Holbox. The kids loved it! The organization has been perfect from start to finish thanks to the professionalism and dedication of Fran, who has been attentive to everything. And a special mention to our archaeologist guide, Edwin, who shared his passion for Maya culture with all of us and made the trip very interesting. Charming hotels and authentic food. If you are looking for a trip that balances culture and family fun, don't think twice! A fantastic experience.

Magical Sunrise Kayak Tour – A True Highlight of Holbox

We had an incredible sunrise kayak tour through the mangroves with Holboxtreme, guided by Ivan. Ivan’s knowledge of the local flora and fauna was outstanding and really brought the whole experience to life. Paddling at dawn, we were lucky enough to see flamingos for the first time, along with juvenile crocodiles, crabs, and a wide range of bird species. The small group size (just one other couple) made it feel very personal and peaceful—no crowds, just nature at its best. A truly memorable experience and one we’d highly recommend to anyone visiting Holbox.
