If you're driving from San José del Cabo, take the Transpeninsular Highway (Mex 1) towards Cabo San Lucas. After approximately 30 minutes, take the exit towards Cabo San Lucas and follow the signs to the city center. As you approach downtown, continue on Boulevard Lázaro Cárdenas for about 5 minutes. Turn right onto Calle 16 de Septiembre, then left onto Plaza Amelia Wilkes. The Museum of Natural History will be on your left. Parking is available nearby, but may incur a fee.
