The Biblioteca Palafoxiana will be on your right at Av 5 Ote 5.

From the bus stop, walk down Av 2 Nte towards the main square, then turn left onto Av 5 Ote and walk for about 3 blocks. The library will be on your left at Av 5 Ote 5.
