From the Plaza de Armas, walk to the nearest bus stop located at Avenida 5 de Febrero. Take a bus heading towards Centro Historico. Get off at the stop near the intersection of Avenida Luis Pasteur Sur and Calle 16 de Septiembre. From there, walk approximately 100 meters south along Avenida Luis Pasteur Sur until you reach Fuente de los Perros at Av. Luis Pasteur Sur 8.
