Getting There

  • Walking

    From El Campanario, head southeast towards Av. El Campanario. Once you reach the main road, turn left and walk along Av. El Campanario for about 800 meters until you reach a roundabout. At the roundabout, take the second exit onto Av. Constituyentes. Continue walking straight for another 1.2 kilometers until you reach the intersection with Miguel Hidalgo. Turn right on Miguel Hidalgo, and walk for about 300 meters. The El Cerrito Archaeological Zone will be on your left.

  • Public Bus

    From El Campanario, walk to the nearest bus stop located on Av. El Campanario. Take a bus heading towards 'El Pueblito.' The fare is approximately 10 MXN. After a 10 to 15 minute ride, ask the driver to let you off at the stop for 'El Cerrito.' Once you get off, walk a short distance down Miguel Hidalgo street for about 300 meters, and you will see the entrance to the El Cerrito Archaeological Zone on your left.

  • Bicycle

    If you have access to a bicycle, you can cycle from El Campanario. Head southeast towards Av. El Campanario, then turn left onto Av. Constituyentes. Continue for about 1.2 kilometers and then turn right onto Miguel Hidalgo. Cycle for approximately 300 meters, and the El Cerrito Archaeological Zone will be on your left. Be cautious as you will be riding on public roads.
