Great way to see the city and gain information. Ticketing process was a bit confusing…no one at the booth for first tour of the day out of Coronado, so bought on line. No one checks it until Old Town? Didn’t know…and made an error on my ticket date. Booth person in Old Town helped to solve my problem.

Richard was the most amazing tour guide. I think I've ever had. I've already asked 8 friends to do another one. We will be requesting Richard and I definitely will go at the 1 PM one because it was quiet, not too crowded. And we could sit down at every restaurant. Richard gave so much information, probably more than he should have. Which was totally amazing. I learned things about buildings, the city, everything that I just never knew. He was kind, he was courteous. He got our food so quickly. Maybe it was amazing. He is a very informative, very kind.It smiled throughout the whole time. I would definitely recommend him and I've already told several friends who have called me to ask my review. They've got to call you guys and request richard, how so lutheo.
