Purchase a ticket to San Diego, which is usually around $5-10 USD. The bus will take you across the border to San Ysidro. After crossing the border, follow the signs to the San Ysidro Transit Center. From there, take the MTS Blue Line trolley towards the 'Old Town' direction and get off at the 'Seaport Village' station. From the trolley station, walk towards the waterfront and you will see signs directing you to the USS Midway Museum located at 910 N Harbor Dr.
