Walking
If you are in downtown Tijuana, start at Avenida Revolución, one of the main tourist streets. Walk south towards the Tijuana River and cross the border into San Diego via the PedWest crossing. Continue walking until you reach San Diego Ave. Turn right onto San Diego Ave, and follow it until you reach 2476 San Diego Ave, where the Whaley House Museum is located.
