Mayan adventure to Coba - Cenote - Punta Laguna from Valladolid

Culture, nature, and adventure! Super recommended!

We did this excursion with my mom and it was truly an incredible experience. Our guide was Gilberto, whom we especially recommend. Throughout the tour, he explained the history and culture of the Maya in a very interesting way, making each stop have a special meaning. The visit to Cobá was one of the highlights of the day. It adds a lot to the trip because it allows you to see ruins that are very different from others in the region. Exploring the site by bicycle, surrounded by the jungle, gives it a special mystique and makes the experience unique. It is a place that conveys a very different connection with nature and Maya history. The visit to the Choo-Ha cenote was beautiful. We had already visited an open cenote during our trip, so it was a great experience to complement the tour by visiting a closed cenote and appreciating a completely different natural formation. Its crystal-clear waters and natural surroundings make it a unique place. Punta Laguna was the perfect conclusion to the excursion. It combined nature, adventure, and culture in one place. We enjoyed the zip line, kayaking, and the Maya ritual, which added a very special component to the experience. Additionally, we were able to observe spider monkeys in their natural habitat, something truly exciting and hard to forget. Without a doubt, it is a highly recommended excursion for those seeking to know a more authentic facet of Maya culture, enjoy nature, and live experiences different from traditional tourist circuits.
