Bus
From Veracruz city center, head to the main bus terminal, Terminal de Autobuses de Veracruz, located at 2 Avenida Manuel Ávila Camacho. Take a bus to 'La Antigua', which is a popular route. The buses are frequent, departing every 30 minutes or so. The journey will take approximately 30-40 minutes. Once you arrive at La Antigua, ask the driver to drop you off at the main square.

It is approximately a 2 km walk and will take around 25-30 minutes. You will enjoy scenic views along the way, with signs pointing toward Laguna de Mandinga.
