Take exit 259 for M-72 toward Grayling. Follow M-72 East for about 15 miles until you reach the intersection with State Park Drive. Turn left onto State Park Drive and follow it for about 2 miles. The park entrance will be on your left at 3612 State Park Dr, Grayling, MI 49738. Parking is available inside the park. Note that there is a vehicle entrance fee of $11 for Michigan residents and $13 for non-residents.
