Board the shuttle heading towards the university. After approximately 15 minutes, disembark at the stop closest to the bus terminal in Mount Pleasant. From the bus terminal, you can catch a Greyhound or Megabus service to Charleston, SC, which will take several hours. Once you arrive in Charleston, use local public transit or rideshare to reach the South Carolina Aquarium at 100 Aquarium Wharf.
