Turn left onto Washington Avenue and continue until you reach the Stone Arch Bridge. Cross the bridge, which offers beautiful views of the river and the city. After crossing, keep left and follow the path leading to Mill Ruins Park, which is located at 102 Portland Ave S. The walk should take around 15-20 minutes depending on your pace.
