    To reach the Canandaigua Lake Wine Trail from Rochester, start by taking the RTS (Regional Transit Service) bus to the RTS Transit Center located at 120 East Main Street. From here, board the Route 19 bus towards Canandaigua. Stay on the bus for approximately 40-50 minutes, and enjoy the scenic views. Once you arrive at the Canandaigua bus station, you will need to walk about 0.5 miles to 19 Susan B. Anthony Ln. Head southwest on Main Street, then turn left on North Avenue. Continue straight until you reach Susan B. Anthony Lane.
