If you're starting from the Xcel Energy Center, head west on Kellogg Blvd. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto W 4th St. Continue walking for two blocks until you reach Rice Park, located at 109 W 4th St. The park will be on your right.

From the Saint Paul Union Depot, walk to the bus stop located on Sibley St. Take bus #3 or #63 heading towards downtown. Get off at the stop at 4th St and Robert St. Walk west on 4th St for one block, and you will arrive at Rice Park on your right.
