From Gulfport, head to the nearest bus stop along Highway 49. Board the Coast Transit Authority Bus Route 20 heading towards Biloxi. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes until you reach the 'Biloxi Bay Bridge' stop. After getting off, walk east along Beach Boulevard for about 10 minutes. The Biloxi Visitors Center will be on your left at 1050 Beach Blvd.

If you have access to a bicycle, you can ride from Gulfport to Biloxi. Start by heading east on Cowan Road until you reach Highway 90. Turn right onto Highway 90, which runs parallel to the beach.
