Continue walking along Highway 12 for approximately 2.5 miles until you reach the intersection with Bluff Lake Road. Turn left onto Bluff Lake Road. The Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge Admin Building and Visitor Contact Station will be on your left at 13723 Bluff Lake Rd, Starkville, MS 39759. It is approximately a 45-minute walk from the center of Starkville.

    Start from the center of Starkville and bike along Main Street heading northeast towards Highway 12. Once you reach Highway 12, turn right and continue biking east for about 2.5 miles. When you approach Bluff Lake Road, turn left, and you will find the Sam D. Hamilton Noxubee National Wildlife Refuge Admin Building and Visitor Contact Station on the left at 13723 Bluff Lake Rd. This route is approximately 45 minutes to 1 hour depending on your biking speed.
