Walking
If you are starting from the Lake of the Ozarks State Park, head southeast on State Park Road toward Highway 54. Continue straight until you reach Highway 54. Once there, turn left (east) and walk along the highway. The walk is approximately 2.5 miles, so wear comfortable shoes and stay hydrated. You will pass some shops and restaurants along the way if you need a break. After reaching the intersection of Highway 54 and Ozark Caverns Road, turn right onto Ozark Caverns Road. The Ozark Caverns Visitor Center is located about 1 mile down this road on your left.

Starting from the heart of Lake Ozark, you can rent a bicycle from a local rental shop. Head east on Bagnell Dam Blvd toward Highway 54. Merge onto Highway 54 and cycle eastward. After approximately 2 miles, look for the exit ramp that leads to Ozark Caverns Road. Turn right onto Ozark Caverns Road and continue cycling for about 1 mile until you reach the Ozark Caverns Visitor Center, which will be on your left.
