    If you are traveling by car within Mark Twain National Forest, head towards Salem, MO 65560. Once you are in Salem, locate Highway 32. Take Highway 32 west out of Salem for approximately 11 miles. Look for the signs indicating the Indian Trail Conservation Area, which will be on your right. The entrance to the area is well marked. There is no entrance fee, but keep in mind the conservation area is open daily from 4 AM to 10 PM.
