From the Rolla Public Library located at 900 Pine St, Rolla, MO 65401, exit the library and head west on Pine St toward N Main St. After about 0.3 miles, turn left onto N Main St. Walk for approximately 0.5 miles until you reach E 10th St, then turn right. Continue walking on E 10th St for about 0.2 miles until it intersects with Sheron Ave. Turn left onto Sheron Ave, and Twitty Arboretum will be on your right after approximately 0.3 miles.

If you're biking from the downtown area, start at the intersection of N Main St and E 10th St. Head east on E 10th St for about 0.2 miles until you reach Sheron Ave. Turn left onto Sheron Ave and continue for approximately 0.3 miles. Twitty Arboretum will be on your right. Be cautious of traffic, as Sheron Ave is a busy street.
