Turn left onto MO-119, then in about 2 miles, turn right onto Missouri H. Follow Missouri H for approximately 6 miles until you see signs for Onondaga Cave State Park.

From Cape Girardeau, take US-61 North until it merges with I-55 North. Take I-55 North to I-44 West at exit 8B towards Joplin. Continue on I-44 for about 50 miles and take exit 189 for MO-119 towards Leasburg. Turn right onto MO-119, then right onto Missouri H. The park entrance will be about 6 miles ahead.
