From the center of Orhei, head east on Strada Ștefan cel Mare. Continue straight until you reach the intersection with Strada Mihai Eminescu. Turn left onto Strada Mihai Eminescu and follow it until you reach the end of the street. At the end of Strada Mihai Eminescu, you will see a small pathway leading uphill. Follow this pathway, which will take you through the scenic landscape. After about 20 minutes of walking, you will arrive at Defileul Orhei, a beautiful nature preserve.

Start at the central bus station in Orhei, located near the intersection of Strada Ștefan cel Mare and Strada Mihai Eminescu. Take any local bus heading towards the nearby village of Trebujeni. Inform the driver that you want to get off at the stop for Defileul Orhei, which is approximately a 15-minute ride. Once you arrive, follow the signs for the nature preserve, which is a short walk from the bus stop.
