From the central area of La Rousse, head towards the coast road, Boulevard d'Italie. Walk east along this boulevard until you reach the intersection with Avenue de la Costa. Turn left onto Avenue de la Costa and continue walking until you reach the Monte Carlo Casino area. From there, catch a bus (number 100) towards Nice. Stay on the bus for about 30 minutes, and get off at the 'Mougins' stop. From the bus stop, it's a short walk to the center of Mougins.
