Hi, I'm Eve. Here are a few practical things to know before exploring Casino de Monte-Carlo.
Local know-how to help you travel smarter and make the most of every moment.
Walking
Start at the Monte-Carlo Beach Hotel located at 400 Avenue Princesse Grace. Head northwest on Avenue Princesse Grace towards the intersection with Boulevard Louis II. Turn left onto Boulevard Louis II and continue walking for about 10 minutes until you reach the roundabout. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Avenue des Spélugues. Continue straight for about 500 meters, passing by the famous Hotel de Paris. Keep walking until you reach Place du Casino, where the Casino de Monte-Carlo is located directly in front of you.
Public Transport - Bus
From La Rousse, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located on Boulevard du Larvotto. Take Bus Line 1 towards 'Gare Routière.' The journey will take about 10 minutes, and you will disembark at the 'Casino' stop. Once you get off the bus, walk straight for about 100 meters to reach the entrance of the Casino de Monte-Carlo.
Public Transport - Tram
Currently, there is no tram service directly serving La Rousse, but if a tram line was available, you would need to walk to the nearest tram station, board the tram towards 'Gare de Monaco,' and then transfer to a bus or walk from the tram station to the Casino de Monte-Carlo. However, note that this option is hypothetical as the tram network does not currently extend to La Rousse.
