From any point in La Rousse, head towards the nearest bus stop (such as 'La Rousse - Mairie'). Take Bus Line 1 towards Menton. After approximately 20 minutes, disembark at 'Menton - Gare Routière'. From the bus stop, walk straight towards Avenue Boyer. The Palais de l'Europe is located at 8 Av. Boyer, which is approximately a 10-minute walk from the bus station. Just follow Avenue Boyer until you see the building on your left.

If you are near the Monte Carlo Casino, you can take a scenic walk down Avenue des Spélugues towards the coast, then head east along Boulevard du Larvotto which will eventually lead you to Menton. This route is longer (about a 1-hour walk), but you will enjoy beautiful views of the Mediterranean Sea as you walk. Once you reach Menton, head to Avenue Boyer where you will find the Palais de l'Europe.

You can also take the train from Monte Carlo to Menton. From the Monte Carlo train station, board a train towards Ventimiglia. The journey takes about 25 minutes.
