Start from the center of Moneghetti. Head south on Avenue de la Madone towards Rue de la Crémaillère. Continue straight until you reach the entrance of the Parc de la Petite Afrique. Make a right to walk down Boulevard de l'Observatoire, following signs for Nice. After about 10 minutes, you will reach the border of Monaco and Nice. Continue on this road as it becomes Boulevard Jean Jaurès. Keep walking straight for approximately 15 more minutes until you reach the waterfront, where you will see the beautiful views of the Mediterranean sea. The Cadran Solaire is located at 11 Quai Rauba Capeu, just a short walk along the promenade from here.
