Turn left onto Boulevard de la République and walk until you see the bus stop at Avenue de la Gare. Here, you can catch the bus number 100 towards Nice or Cannes.

You will want to get off at the 'Cannes' stop. Once you exit the bus, walk towards Boulevard de la Croisette. Continue straight for about 5 minutes, and you will find La Malmaison at 47 Boulevard de la Croisette on your left.
