Bus
From Monte Carlo, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Gare de Monaco. Take the bus number 112 towards Èze. The journey takes about 30 minutes. Enjoy the scenic views as the bus winds along the coast. Once you arrive at the Èze Village stop, you will be a short walk from the main attractions of Èze, including the famous gardens and the stunning views from the cliff.
Train and Bus
Make your way to the Monte Carlo train station, Gare de Monaco. Board a train heading towards Nice. After approximately 10 minutes, get off at the Èze-sur-Mer station. From there, you can catch the bus number 83 that will take you to Èze Village. The bus ride is around 10 minutes. Once you arrive at the Èze Village stop, follow the signs towards the village center for the main attractions.
Taxi
If you prefer a more direct and comfortable way to reach Èze, you can take a taxi from Monte Carlo. Taxis are readily available throughout the city. The drive to Èze will take approximately 20 minutes, depending on traffic. Just tell the driver you want to go to Èze, and they will take you directly to the village.
Walking (to Èze Village from Èze-sur-Mer)
If you arrive at Èze-sur-Mer and want to enjoy a scenic hike, you can walk up to Èze Village. The trail starts near the Èze-sur-Mer train station and takes about 30-45 minutes to hike. It is a steep ascent, but the panoramic views of the Mediterranean Sea and the surrounding landscape make it worthwhile. Follow the signs for the Chemin de Nietzsche, which will lead you to the village.
