From the center of Monte Carlo, head to the nearest bus stop, which is located at Place des Moulins. Take bus number 100 towards Nice. The bus will take you along the coast and provide beautiful views. Get off at the stop 'Promenade des Anglais / Parc Phœnix.' From there, it's just a short walk to Parc Phœnix; follow the signs towards the park entrance.

Make your way to the Monte Carlo train station (Gare de Monte-Carlo). Take a train towards Nice Ville. The journey is about 10 minutes. Once you arrive at Nice Ville station, exit and follow the signs for the tram. Take the tram line 2 towards 'Aéroport / Palais des Expositions.' Get off at 'Promenade des Anglais / Parc Phœnix.' It's a short walk from the tram stop to the park entrance.

If you prefer to walk, start from the Casino de Monte-Carlo and head down Avenue des Spélugues towards the coast. Continue along the waterfront on Promenade des Anglais.
